Parklane RV Park Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations and Payments

• All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Full payment is required at the time of reservation. Failure to provide payment may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will not be eligible for a refund.
• No refunds will be provided for early departures or no-shows.

3. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time is 12:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• Guests must vacate their RV lot by check-out time. Late check-outs may incur additional fees.

4. Site Usage

• Sites are limited to one RV and up to two vehicles.
• Guests are responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly site during their stay.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors.

5. Park Rules

• Pets must be leashed at all times and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
• Open flames and campfires are only allowed in designated areas.
• Guests must follow all park rules, which are subject to change. Failure to comply may result in eviction from the premises.

6. Liability

• Parklane RV Park is not responsible for any damage or loss to personal property, vehicles, or RVs.
• Guests assume all risks and liabilities while on park grounds.

7. Utilities and Services

• Full electrical connections are provided at each site. Water and sewer hookups are available where indicated.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to utilities during their stay.

8. Modifications

• Parklane RV Park reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
